Return Policy

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days for a refund.

All orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to WilsonGabrielle please:

  • Pack your item(s) into the original box and attach the prepaid mailing label over the original label.

  • For exchanges, please mark in the included return form what item you want exchanged and for what size. Exchanges will only be honored for different sizes of the style ordered. If we are out of your requested size, you will be contacted to facilitate a return and receive a full refund. If you wish to purchase a different style, you must complete a new order to do so.

  • Mail your package using one of the following methods:

  • Drop your package at a UPS location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS website to find the closest location.

  • Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up. 

All products must be returned with BOTH the hang tag and pocket tags attached to the garment, unworn and in the original packaging. Final sale items or digital downloads do not quality for return or exchange. Final sale is noted on the product page and are not returnable. We do not offer store credit.

WilsonGabrielle monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. WilsonGabrielle reserves the right to determine quality of garment returned. If policies are abused, product will be sent back to you with notification, shipping costs will be charged to your card and original payment will be kept.

Returns and exchanges can take 5-7 business days to process, once the package is received. You will be notified via email when your exchange has been shipped free of charge.

WilsonGabrielle will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
